Mike Morrison, Traer, was present and asked the Board to consider enacting a UTV Ordinance for the County.  He presented an ordinance he prepared modeled after some currently in effect in surrounding Counties.  He has found that there are Tama County residents in favor of this.  There are specific limitations listed in the ordinance regarding licensing, age of drivers, speed limit and IDNR regulations.  There were members of the public present and in favor of this.  The Supervisors will take this under advisement and share with an attorney before making any decision on this.  No action taken at this time.
